Marriage License Information
Both applicants must be at least 17 years of age. Parental consent required for applicants who are 17 or 18 years of age. The parental consent forms are available at the County Clerk's office.
Marriage license applicants are required to provide the following information: maiden names of both mothers, birth places of all four parents; social security numbers; photographic identification. The fee for a marriage license is $25.00. Effective July 18, 2026 this fee will increase to $50.00.
Checks and cash only, no credit cards. Paper forms are available at the County Clerk’s office. Both parties need to be present to obtain marriage license. The license is good for one year. No medical tests are required in the State of Nebraska.
