Notice is hereby given that the Holt County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in Special Session on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. AT THE HOLT COUNTY ANNEX, 128 NORTH 6TH STREET, O’NEILL, NEBRASKA. The purpose of the meeting is to hear public comment and response to an agricultural conservation easement program – wetland reserve easement request from Bar K Bar, LLC in care of Melvin Knox in Holt County, Nebraska located on the southwest One-Quarter (SW¼) of Section Thirty-Three (33), TOWNSHIP Twenty-Five (25), Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M. A copy of the said easement is available for review at the Holt County Clerks Office. This meeting is open to the public.
